TaskUs is the one company that I have been the longest because it's really accessible to where I live and what more can I ask? What's important to me is the accessibility. I can even go to work at any time of the day because it's really near. Also, I've seen the company grow and improved a lot.

The people around because everyone seems happy because TaskUs makes sure that we are happy as employees.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
The people that I work with, the benefits that we have, the free food, the environment because we feel safe and secure.
Quelle est la meilleure partie de votre programme de rémunération?
The best package that we have is our HMO because it has a high MBL and it allows coverage of PECs. Also it allows free enrollment of additional dependents which also has the same benefits as employees.
Quelles sont les meilleures choses à propos de votre équipe?
Our team has gone through a lot of managers but our Team Leader for almost 3 years is still here. She's making sure that we are all doing our best in our jobs and is always there for us whatever we might need personal or work related.
Qu’avez-vous le plus aimé du procédé d’entretien?
I think the interview that I had 5 years ago is now entirely different because this time it's organized and they have really nice people that attend to you during the interview. At the time I was interviewed it took the whole day for me to finish the assessment the interview everything.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
Leadership Team in TaskUs has been doing a great job in taking care of us, their employees. They make sure that we have a work-life balance and most of all they make sure that as employees we are well taken care of. They also make sure that we are happy, despite of some stress that work might bring.
