It's okay to speak up, share your thoughts and feelings on things, even when they are contradictory to others' opinion. I appreciate how our manager gives us that safe space.

We work together and are always there for each other. I appreciate how generous my teammates are with their kind words and affirmation, but are also kind when sharing feedback / challenges.

I appreciate how my leaders are collaborative, compassionate and also highly competent in what they do. They have listened to me and have given me support especially during the most difficult time in my life. I honor all of them and thank God for allowing me to be part of this team.
