I've had a wonderful experience working at Uber. They allowed me to make a large career change, and mentored me in my role. I feel very well compensated for what I do, and have a great work life balance.

Uber has honestly changed my life because it helped me with a large career change! I moved to an entirely different org, and was trained on the new role and skillset. All while getting paid even more than the previous role I had (which I had 10 years of experience with).

They really care about Uber's people, and they have enough industry experience to guide us well.

They really seem to care about employee's happiness and take our feedback into consideration when making decisions.

I am on a team of all women within the engineering org, which is pretty special and unusual.

There is a lot of diversity at Uber, and people feel comfortable being themselves and speaking their mind.

Everyone is really easy to talk to, not judgmental, works really hard, and is great at what they do!

Too many to name, but I love the free Uber credits that can be used for rides or eats. The headquarters is gorgeous, and has delicious food.

The people! The people are the best: super nice, understanding, supportive, hard working, and good at what they do! The food and snacks are really great too!

Honestly, I think the best part is that I always feel seen as a person first, and an employee second. People really understand work life balance, and trust you to do a good job even if you are working on your own schedule, or need to take time away during normal work hours.
