What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Real Communications ( actual phone conversations with those that determine deactivation) and support not with AI !! I was treated unfairly and deactivated without a detailed explanation as to why. I had only been doing Uber Eats for 2 months and was bring my rating up when I was deactivated. I

What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSU's. It less compared to other but - thats the best part.

Uber credits are nice, as well as the wellness benefit. The wellness benefit could be tweaked for cost of living adjustments as its been the same amount for the past 4 yr

I think given my prior work experience and the state that I am currently working from, I feel that it should have been a bit higher.

we keep about 75% of our fare which is ok especially if the customer tips. but what needs to happen is some kind of compensation for the wear and tear on my car especially for in town short trips that dont make much. you only make the good money when you do the long hauls
