Yr end bonus, Equity Refresh, are not handled in a way I would say is fair. Based on a broad example, if your perceived as being less valuable, you get less, regardless of the quality of work you accomplish. This is pretty frustrating.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Uber credits are nice, as well as the wellness benefit. The wellness benefit could be tweaked for cost of living adjustments as its been the same amount for the past 4 yr
