Overall, my experience has been largely negative, but the compensation makes up for it. The engineering bar is disappointingly low for my standards and attempts to improve it are fought against. Speed for the sake of speed is our mantra and it shows.

The total compensation is likely top 10%, if not higher. Monthly vested RSUs is a unique perk and, paired with the ability to autosell outside of trading windows, allows me to access equity compensation in a manner similar to straight cash compensation.

RTO is a major negative as the company has not done much to make it a worthwhile experience. I don't work with anybody in office and concerns/critical feedback get thrown into the trash and we just plow further ahead into an abysmal work experience.
