For 20 years, I've worked under incredible leaders and have learned a lot. I don't feel our business unit is growing fast enough to allow for advancement within our division. Opportunities to move up feel congested, while expectations to perform as if someone has been promoted increase.

I feel undervalued because our division is completely adverse to giving recognition to specific individuals for specific situations where they've gone above and beyond. Recognition is made in broad strokes - remains anonymous and generic.
