It's hard to answer the one about advancement: it takes too long to get promoted in our dept. Doing a rotation or filling in for a higher role deserves the expectation of a more formal compensation structure versus no pay increase of bonus at all for that effort. Promo at end would be nice.

The fact that the company embraced flexible workplace and hours. We lose a lot of talent when we limit ourselves geographically and to a traditional work week.

Feeling valued for the contributions and skill sets I bring to the table and seeing the reward for my efforts through financial growth and increased span of control.

Take too long to promote solid performers so they take their talent elsewhere so we lose the talent game and end up understaffed until replaced and replacement is ramped up, I Recommend doing better with retention tactics.

I thrive on accomplishing my tasks and putting out a good product that others admire or give credit to makes me feel fulfilled. I am also grateful when people give feedback for adjustments because I know it makes it even better than imagined.

The company has many opportunities: succession/ growth from within in certain departments, revisit your benefits package I paid too much for my family contributions and now am on my spouse's benefits (for free), recognize your people with financial rewards ($$$) i.e., bonus, PTO, etc

Love our leadership team! Please grow us internally don't make us look outside for room to grow and thrive --we want to stay but we also want to send our kids to college and need to grow not stagnate fiscally and professionally to do so.

For the most part everyone is professional and supportive of one another. I have witnessed a few occasions where people don't act professionally and seem divisive, and I noticed they don't stay long. You have to have each other's backs; we are a team- not divided.

The people are friendly and sincere. It is not as cutthroat and competitive as others which pits you against your peers. I do feel like people really want to work together and I actually have been in meetings where people actually genuinely seem to have fun working together which is engaging.

I am a red shirt employee here. I did not get promoted quickly, The average should be 3 years more like 6+ it is really a deterrent to longevity here. It comes across as intentional because of our recent VERP. More attention should be spent on avoiding age discrimination. Need succession path

I use my husband's benefits now that he has them but my first 6 years I paid over $1100 mo for family coverage PLUS still paid OOP. Now with him we pay $0 contrib! The bennies don't seem competitive here in my 20+ years of having them at various other corporate jobs. Better career plans needed ^
