ADP hires very intelligent and capable people in the product, engineering, and design fields. The culture is collaborative and team members learn from each other.
They are very approachable and always keep an open door policy. For the most part, they are very transparent and provide guidance on both short-term and long-term goals/objectives coming from the leadership level.
As mentioned, the people you work with are generally pleasant and intelligent. Teams typically have a good working relationship and people are receptive/respectful to each other's feedback. That's not to say that sometimes you get a few anomalies, but it's rare.
Time-to-promotion for top performing individual contributors goes overlooked (intentionally or not), and over time, pay falls behind what it is worth in the market. More product output is generated, yielding value for the company, but compensation remains stagnant and/or begins to fall behind.
