
no yelling or fighting. the store manager doesn't cuss customers out like at the first location I was hired at.
the team is well trained, all the cashiers and recovery team know how to effectively do their job "aside from picking up items they walk by no one seems to do this but if done, cleans the store much faster"
theres absolutly no communication from store manager about anything really except deliveries. schedules get made out 2 weeks, but changed 2 days before the next work week starts leaving multiple employees upset. store manager does nothing but sit in office all day even when busy or messy store.
ask some actual questions... at the first store I was hired at, the only interview question was how to correctly spell my name, literally that was it. and then i was hired. at the new store Im located at, the interviews are much more challenging but i haven't experienced it of course.
