We are paid only minim wage and not allowed more than 15 to 20 hours a week, we don't get bonus or health insurance due to only being part time

They have to big of a turn around with employees, because they won't give us the hours or pay. We have no incentive to want to stay. I wholeheartedly believe in the dollar tree and love my job other than the fact I don't make but barely a 100 bucks a week due to no hours and no raises
