
The cashiers and customers with a great sense of humor.
They didn't make me feel inferior. They seemed happy to have me as part of the team.
Most of the cashiers are hard working and want our store to succeed. They like to keep it clean and full for the customers.
Work ethic. Setting a good example by showing up on time, doing one's job instead of putting it on others or blaming others. They need to work as a team. There is little communication, most of which is negative. There is little empowerment, thanks or appreciation shown to employees.
Accountability. Confidentiality. No more lip service with no follow-through. DMs need to get more proactive. SMs need to stop wasting time and be just as accountable as anyone else (CLOCKING IN/ OUT would be a GREAT start). Don't get me started on the lack of actual training. It's laughable at best.
