I started at here in January and it has been great. Working on a new team and at a new company then being sent to work from home was scary and intense at first. I do miss being in the office and around my peers... and the food and coffee, but I love this place. I am constantly bragging about here.

Imprivata is amazing, the company really takes care of their employees and hires some of the best talent available.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A slightly higher base pay/bonus structure would be great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we keep growing, we still have that small company feeling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is great and we are all clearly moving towards the same goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping medical facilities operate at a high level of efficiency so they can provide faster service to patients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is exactly that, a team. We share ideas, successes and losses together. No one seems superior and we all talk to each other on the same level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Imprivata makes it fun! Even in working from home, they have maintained great events and activities for us to stay connected. I do miss all the great food though.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't say this lightly, but the team I am on is THE BEST I have ever been on. I have been on many teams over the years, but this one just hits different.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessibility, I know I can email Gus or Jim or anyone else with a question or just to share something and they actually respond and quickly. It is refreshing, especially at a company of our size.
What makes you most happy at work?
My boss and Imprivata hire professionals that give you tasks and direction, but let you make your own path to success. They have faith in their employees and being able to use my skills and grow my skills in a supportive place is great.
