Outside of our management, the team is really good about uplifting and supporting one another.
There is a known gender pay gap on my team. I do a lot of work above and beyond my role, but still make less then the men on our team who only do the minimum.
There isn't any leadership development program. Ideally, a good LDP teaches new leaders (whether internal promotions or external hires) basic leadership skills, but also gets them onboard with the company culture. The lack of LDP means our leaders aren't effective or aligned with the culture.
By the time I get to work with customers, they're often already frustrated by their interactions with other teams. Particularly the sales and support teams. Clients tell me our sales team makes promises that they can't deliver on, and support is slow to respond and ineffective when they do.
