my basic pay from previous company is higher than that was offered here
if you are a new hire they treat you well but once you became tenured they could care less
how can you interact if all of us have a call because we got reskilled to a different lob just to save sla of other lob and our lob will be failing....
showing and meaning that they really care, dont just coach people when they had a bad score on a survey that is not even meant for them... the workforce is really bad in assigning calls from other lob ... why bother being profiled for a higher dl if workforce will re-skill to take lower dl...
