It's been overall a great experience so far. Within our team, we have good rapport and hit goals well. But to be completely honest, cross departmental collaboration is frustrating at times when other teams are unwilling / unable to adapt and pivot quickly.
Hitting my targets and winning as a team
Salary, health benefits, stock options
The salary and equity, and the benefits aren't bad
We're high performers and driven to achieve our goals
Being able to achieve and see results quickly and efficiently
My team is extremely efficient, smart, and more importantly, actually good humans.
They seem to genuinely care about world / social issues beyond just work.
They're upbeat and can speak well to the vision of the future of the company
Most positive thing is that the remote culture is quite good for such a large/well established company
There are good people among my coworkers and the company seems to have the standard groups on Glip for people with different interests/hobbies
