Closing deals and not having to battle internal processes.
Its all about the Comp Plan. I have been here for over 2 years and no one in the company (even leadership) can explain it. We even hired someone to come in and run the comp plan but has been unsuccessful changing it.
Its a culture thing. Sales is looked down upon and no one in this company will help you unless you have a title and engage your leadership. I came from a culture where Sales was very respected and here its 180. I spend so much time chasing and asking for help from people that blow me off.
I have no idea what they do so its not really fair for me to rank them. They could be doing a good job or a bad job, I have no clue. Personally I am in Sales and our new CRO is getting familiar with the business so it wouldn't be fair for me to rank him.
