The company is seriously amazing. Everyone is so helpful and willing to help the new hires. I just worry that learning everything from home is putting some of us behind. I love this career, but I worry I will disappoint the company due to the slow learning curve since most things don't make sense.

They hold meetings often to update us with new changes and always offer to help when needed.

I haven't been able to use anything yet, but I am excited about the reimbursement towards the internet for remote employees.

There is always someone to help when we ask questions. Being a new employee and working from home has been tough since there aren't physical people to interact with, but everyone has been very understanading of our struggle.

Learning all of the necessary things in this role has been overwhelming and quick. Being remote and having to learn everything in a nonoffice setting may be the reason it's been so hard. I understand that can't be helped due to covid. Just hope things will begin to make sense sooner than later.
