I get to choose how much money I can make outside of my regulatory pay. With incentive pay, voluntary overtime options, and commission, money is no longer an issue. They pay fully for my education, and reward performance. You can't get it any better than that.

Accountability is foremost. I'm motivated to be the best I can be. If I need assistance, my leadership team is a click away. I love the coaching sessions because I learn new approaches to problem solving, and I'm inspired to reach high. I've become a better person because of T-Mobile.

Ethics and Integrity is a sermon well remembered on the floor. No matter how angry or frustrated or customers are, by the end of the call, they are happy, I'm happy, the team is happy, and the company is happy. That is positive reinforcement of our cultural values.

I was put to the test. I was given a scenario based on what job I was applying for, and asked to provide a resolution. But it didn't come with just simple questions. They were complex situations that involved researching policies and procedures, and utilizing personal ethics to resolve the issue

I'm an empath by nature. I can feel the customer's frustration when they call in. Being able to discover their problem and offer a resolution makes me happy. Having a team that stands with you, helps you, guides you, and stick together as a unit. You can't get that anywhere else.
