overall it's lovely. However, I feel a bit unprepared to hit production. My trainer is great at what he does, but I feel like he zooms through the trainings. Which doesn't allow me, a slow writer, to jot down notes. Also, we're expected to hit production soon, but we have yet to any job aids...
