For my overall experience with TaskUs, I would say that it really helps me to improve myself when it comes to one of the core values which is Continuous Self Improvement. It enhances my skills and ability to express myself to others. It showed me how to act as a leader with my co-teammates.

They are transparent with the changes. Educating us if we are not aligned with the process or policy. This is also to ensure that they are here to help us enhance our skills and capabilities. They are willing to listen to our arguments and make sure to address them on the timely manner.

Though there are times that we get overwhelmed with all tasks being assigned to us and came to the point that we need to extend too much time in making sure that all the tasks and deliverables are being completed by the end of the wee
