It's great that the environment is less stressful than others yet, we can't disregard the fact that not all peeps who apply as agent are new to the industry. Sure we have college undergrads but we accept those who have exp so I think it's best if you'll consider to increase the P16K starting basic
My basic pay started with 16,000 which is very low. I can't take UL easily as I need to check first if I won't get NTE or termination. My boss always wants us to do OT/RDOT in exchange for our planned leave. This company is getting worst.
They are really productive in our tasks.
They have a lot of engagement activities.
Teamwork makes the dream work always.
They're always bossy and and bullies.
It is very engaging in a lot of ways.
It is almost free lunch.
I think the positive left is having a sleeping quarter.
They need do change the policies in the employee handbook.
I think they need to do better about listening to their teammates.
They listen to us and try to help us in any possible way.
I feel undervalued, most of the time, other companies pay better with the same role as I am.
Basic salary is still not par with other companies. It will be better if you give what the teammates deserve.
I think offering clients a fair deal might increase our compensation and not just giving them a less expensive service to have an edge from other competitors.
Some say that they ask to be paid less for projects so they will have more clients and so the people are having low salary, too. I think they should bargain with the correct price in doing projects so the people can have the right salary that they deserve.
It's getting toxic. I used planned leave but my bosses wants me to do OT or RDOT for it. I'm a working student so sometimes we have exam and if I am going to use PL, my teammates are bullying me. There's too many rules before you can use your unplanned leave or else you'll get NTE or worse, term.
