This place is dead end. You have these bullshit academies for TMs that won't ever see the light of day when it comes to a promotion, because of this garbage leadership practically handing out positions to other garbage people in leadership from failing campaigns. The culture for this company is dead

Being transparent and honest with my team. I tell them truth, and what I expect from them, and they give me quality results.

Communication, better wages ( being paid like a TM when you've been promoted to leadership is really a garbage move ), less micromanagement, adding more managers to an existing team is extremely frustrating because it's a pissing context amongst 4 different people

I've been here for 4 years, and promoted in 2. I've bent over backwards learning about a position that I knew nothing about just to have more work, and responsibility piled on top of me. Thanks for the .18 cent raise that I've seen for the first time in 4 years though!
