I'm satisfied, but I'm still hoping for sure, not only me that If they can raise the basic pay of the agents who are the ones taking calls not those mentors who got high salary and doing paper works etc. Give agents great compensation and they will give you excellent scores and Loyalty.

Please Raised the compensation of your agents. They have a family to feed but yet no incentives are given and the basic salary is so low, that's why agents are resigning, stress and compensation are the top 2 reasons
