Having funny people around that breaks the boredom during shift.
Should appreciate employee's tenure ship in the company by providing them a yearly increase.
All of them are performers thus it drives me to do my best at work.
Neglecting the employees needs and being stagnant. There's nothing to look forward to because it's the same for every year. Instead of improving, the company is deteriorating.
