Working at TaskUs has been amazing. Although the market fluctuations dampen the mood but I can say that this is the least stressed and anxious I have been when working. I love that I am trusted with responsibilities and I am given the flexibility and control over my time as an employee.

Working at TaskUs for the past two years has been a wonderful experience. It's a far cry from my previous company where I felt tense every second. At TaskUs, everyone makes sure the work they do is meaningful and follows logic. The company also takes work-life balance seriously.

We jive well together. We work together like a well-oiled machine and there is room for improvement without being judged when you have shortcomings.

The leadership team reaches out to teammates/employees to consult on a few decision making items and I feel that our feedback is taken into consideration.

People interactions. Interactions with people from other geos, departments and backgrounds broaden my horizon and exposes me to different natures and customs which I find very valuable.

People generally treat each other with respect. There's little to no friction and politics. People work closely together to make sure the task at hand is completed and there is little to no blame game.

We have work-life balance, true work-life balance where we are able to pursue our passions outside of work. We don't get bothered once our shift ends and on weekends unless communicated early and clearly. There is room for improvement and a lot of learning in the team.
