They are the best people who supports and claps for each other. Team work is always there. We always thrive to better our quality process to make it easier for the teammates.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

Since the Quality team doesn't really generate income unlike operations, we feel taken for granted. Compensation is not that competitive than other companies yet the responsibility is very heavy. Incentives were not given and sometimes it will take a lot of effort for the team to be recognized.
