
need to get better at answering question. They should be transparent from job disputes because some people repeatedly getting disputed jobs every week that is very against the guidelines. They should check their people. And they can't answer the question on how they compute score. Poor management
They started cost cutting and moved our schedule in a morning shift that makes teammates lost the night differential which is a huge deal breaker for us.They should've removed the other non essential events that they are conducting instead of getting the agents lost the night diff. Poor management
I used to have no problem going to work everyday but when it started to have threat and unjust doing of the leaders eventually agents will be somewhat be upset because of this politics and they are obviously showing it. they also have a separate group chat with her favorite. amazing right?
Obviously politics. Half of our team is close to our said ''team leader'' and they get the exclusive ''perks'' of being close to her. Poor management, Manipulation of scores, power tripping to those agent that are not close to her. If ever she sees this, I will surely be targeted for power tripping
