My overall experience at this company so far is good. I haven't encountered any major issues yet. It would be best if we have a hybrid setting like 2 days at work and the rest of the work days at home.

Since we're pivoting to different LOBs, I think it's also fair that we get some additional pay for it.

The open door policy. I like that it's easy for us teammates to make conversations with the higher ups because they are approachable and they are easy to find.
