People first. We care therefore we coach. We celebrate wins. We recognize hard work - which I hope is something being done. Especially for the support staff and not only for operations.

I like how I still see some of the cultures we used to have in some of the leaders we have now compared to how it was in the company in 2015 when I joined.

A lot has changed over the years. Little by little, I've seen people forget about the culture of the company. Extreme ownership doesn't only apply to leaders but everyone should be accountable for our actions.
