Not satisfied, I cannot feel the motto of the company that is People first, UL should be advised to superiors at least a week or 2 so it's Not Unplanned anymore. Favoritism, Superiors are mostly just giving the favors most of the time to other TM's whose close with them.

Leaders should still be able to acknowledge the efforts of the other Team Mates whose also exerting efforts to be in the office everyday. and also with the numbers that we are also generating numbers

I would feel undervalued if my superiors won't be able to still acknowledge the effort that we are trying our best. I would feel better if there will be an increase with our compensation. It might trigger our performance.
