Now that I was transferred to Lizzy's Watchtower site, TaskUs can't even add additional allowance for Internet and Electric bills for WFH teammates, but other BPO companies can. Our iCare HMO which has a lot of problems though it is cheaper but the price difference is not worth it compared to Avega.

Leadership team is doing their best to retain and keep the employee and not lose their job. I hope they continue this way even in the future.

It would make me feel better if I can save money especially once I retire. I am getting old and I want to secure my finances in the future.

Team leaders make time to do their best effort to support their teammates when it comes to understanding the process and lessen the gap on the ambiguity of other guidelines.

Because of my Teammates, TL and SME and saving the people on the LOB I handle now. My team are always there to support me whenever I encounter difficulty at work.

Permanent Work from Home. Full-support of each teammates, TL and SME. There is always a Teamwork. These are the reason why I am still here in this company even though I really hate the micromanage behavior of my SOM/OM.

When my team lead and teammates makes me feel secure whenever I have ambiguity in the process and they help me to understand how the guidelines must be applied. I hope they maintain thus kind of environment even in the future.

If the management wants their teammates to achieve a better scorecard especially in Quality, the SOM/OM must support on how teammates could achieve it and not focus so much on the markdown/mistake. SOM/OM should think of a way on how their teammates could prevent an error and achieve quality

TaskUs can't even add additional allowance for Internet and Electric bills for WFH teammates, but other BPO companies can do this kind of benefit. TaskUs email even sent news of quarterly net income of over $100 million, but can't even add additional allowance despite the increase in net income?
