
Worst METRICS I have seen in my past 2 years of BPO experience. This is the worst of all. We are required to be PERFECT. They should hire COMPUTERS and AI instead of humans. Or they could make some robots to do the work then.
Company cares more about the client than its people.

They don't need to improve. I need to leave this company.
Client first policy, we don't have any room for error since our QA metrics is AUTO FAIL. We commit something minor mistake, we fail already. Then, if we mistakenly to a wrong department due to some confusion, we are tagged as MANIPULATORS. What kind of bullsh*t thing is that?
