Not everyone but mostly I am not willing to connect with coworkers.

We don't have the time to get bored. We are machines, management expect us to do audits like machines without any update, any discussion, there is nothing called team work. This organization only knows how to give mental stress to employees.

Che cosa deve fare il gruppo dirigente per migliorare?

Improve the work environment first. Employees are treated like machines, there is no knowledge growth, I have learned nothing in past 1 year, daily we are struggling to complete audit targets only, it doesn't matter we are learning anything or not, no team sessions, no one-on-one meet. Pathetic exp.

Che cosa sta andando male e come può essere migliorato?

Why would I feel excited to come here when I not getting any knowledge with this work, managers doesn't understand the facts, they will only ask to follow SOPs which is okay but what is the ground reality they doesn't even try to understand. Nobody likes a stressful environment.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

I never got the salary which was discussed with me at the time of joining, never got pluxee amount in past 1 year after raising complaint, no night shift allowance. What I got from this organization is only lie. No benefits of sending emails or connecting with HR, raising tickets no benefit.
