For the most part it's been great. There have been some less than ideal days or situations that had discouraged me personally but I have faith that the right thing will be done.
The willingness to help/direct teammates when encountering issues
Teamwork. Knowing we're there for each other when needed
They have been nice but I dont really see any of them much
Being able to help TM learn and grow. Seeing the light bulb when someone starts to understand something they didn't before.
When my teammates are happy. I thrive on being able to help or share my knowledge with others. I'd been with the same company since I started and am sad to see them leave but excited for my next chapter in my career.
We can talk and joke around but also know when we can't. The ability they have to be honest, helpful, and work hard. A few on my team Lorraine Emily both have leadership qualities and do a lot to assist me throughout the week.
Everyone is typically very friendly and ready to assist when help is needed. I like that incentives and bonus prizes are given to our teams or campaign to disperse to them as prizes.. It does help increase their morale which directly impacts production in a positive way.
We like to joke and make sure we have fun work hard. We used to have team meetings and team outings but that hasn't happened in a very long time. We work together to keep our spirits up while enduring very harsh contacts which goes a long way
with the rising cost of living my campaign is a low paying campaign. Due to the increase of bottom line for all of task us soemthing was given but nothing since. Tm and Tl both travel over 30 miles one way to work if onsite. Tl's working so much they make less then tm's
My ep work really hard and do my best to I've worked well over 40hrs each week trying to do more with less for my team. If you did the math to get the hourly rate I make next to nothing. I would want Us TL"s com compensation to match the dedication and drive I Wput in day in day out. Same for TL's
