
The most positive thing would be the autonomy we have to conduct processes.
I believe there could be more alignment in company goals and how we cascade that to the rest of the company. Maybe invest on quarterly reviews for the whole company would make sense.
My team is collaborative and shows a lot of care for each other. We've been through a lot of bad stuff during this year so having a team that is supportive made a lot of difference.
I don't really understand how promotions and bonus work because the performance process lacks connection with the goals we set up. Also, there is no commitment from HR to check the quality of the goals and if they are truly impacting our compensation.
Honestly, just making sure you are taking care of people's performance and that we have clear goals(it does not need to be long term), but actually make something that is logical and connected so we don't feel like we are doing stuff out of the blue.
