My team is extremely open whether it be personal or work topics. I've never had to think twice about asking a question to any of my team members or to my manager. We are very accepting of all backgrounds, ethnicities and passions.

More market competitive...many colleagues and friends have gone on to other opportunities (similar and dissimilar to Uber) that are being paid significantly more in base AND bonus. With what Uber expects of us and what it takes to be a strong performer, I believe our base/bonus don't reflect that
