
I am happy to see a Women be our next President. I would like to see more women and minorities/people of color on the Executive Board and Senior Leadership. I have great leaders and happy they build on my strengths and challenge me to do my best every day to make it easier on our customers.
It's unfortunate that return to office has become a mandate when we are able to do our work from home and still be engaged and a high performer.

My Leadership team meets with me individually and we have consistent team meetings. If I need them, they are always available and eager to help me succeed and or work out any questions.
