For starters it's the location and facilities that we have in our new ADP office Hyderabad building and everyone cherises their old team mates.

Being one of the best places to work, which is probably at the top 10 in the industry and India and positive work environment.

ADP having such a big moat, during these times where the economies have slowed down, could have provided additional benefits compensating for Variable Pay which was paid lesser than the target Variable Pay.

I can understand the current market situation but at the sometime I prefer receive compensation that is above average. But at this time the compensation that I received is below average compared to the work that I have put in the last one year.
