I have been here a long time. Changes in staffing take place causing me anxiety from time to time. I love working here and the thought that sometimes I am a number bothers me . I don't want to feel like a pawn on a chessboard. My immediate manager values me. Executive level doesn't know me.

They are open and upfront of many things.

They listen to us no matter what. A suggestion, a critique, or a praise.

I have direct interaction with our customers. I like meeting with them and helping them.

The majority are very thoughtful, helpful and kind. I can ask for help and someone will immediately offer.

I have the opportunity to earn a bonus as a reward toward my hard work. They have provided us achievable goals.

For me, I can work from home due to my geographic location. With the use of Webex, I am quite connected to what I need.

I like engaging with our customers. My role is unique in the fact that I show them how to do things, create out of the box suggestions.

While I am satisfied with my rate, I do like being bonus eligible. It gives me something to look forward to and rewards me according to my performance.

I am free to learn more things about different sections/products to expand my knowledge. My manager supports professional and personal development. He trusts me to get my work done.

My team is stretched out all over the US. I don't really know them. The way they present themselves in meetings and on chats aren't always what I would say best foot forward. I have had people that I thought that before and once I actually met them, it was a different experience.
