We don't want people to come in sick or burned out. We ask, often beg, people to stay home if they don't feel well.
Additional mini-bonuses or payouts for things like keeping healthy or completing the "win-as-one". They help boost us over our person budgets to do more in our free time.
We are all friends. We know and care about each other and support each other. We also try to strengthen each other via learning sessions each week or even impromptu if appropriate.
