
When I receive compliments from customers that the store is well stocked and clean
AM here, my specific team is great.we work well and communicate efficiently and effectively to get as much as we can get done.The cashier's however,hold no responsibility and seem as if we are not part of the same store and get offended if told to do something
AM here, Manager complains that I need to do my training and yet still throw almost 200boxes/day from 5+ departments,gives my team off day before receiving a truck,tells me I'm in the office for too long if I try to do my training.Tried to express concern to DM and they were shot down
I could be a stocker without being manager at Walmart for $17/hr.Im working 40+ hour weeks but only getting paid for 40 hours.I don't get to use PTO unless manager uses theirs first.The pay for work does not match at all!That is why there is a high turn over rate for both associate and management
