My experience so far working with the company is positive for a year now. There were promises, some overdelivered, some not, which is never a good feeling but overall, I am satisfied.

My team is very energetic, collaborative, working as a strong unit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is aware of the challenges and working towards resolving it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is great, respectful. flexible and challenging you in all possible ways to stretch your limits.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility and independence I get to exercise to get the job done, on a daily basis.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is new and engaged. Eager to learn and grow as we continue our journey together at KeepTruckin.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The combination of salary and benefits, however we are company is hyper growth stage and adopting quickly to the market dynamics in terms of enhancing benefits as we are achieving the growth milestones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The comp ranges are just adjusted from what I know. I hope this would be a non issue soon. Our comp ranges to date are not competitive but given the recent development, we are on the right track.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about the leadership is that they they realize that as an organization we are learning as we grow both in terms of HC and Revenue and are very open to meet the challenges head on and very open to change and do whatever is necessary to not only attract the best talent, also to retain.
