I'm remote so a bit more detached from many of the fun local social activities. I haven't plugged into any consistent/regular remote social events
Mo is a great leader for RC; I like his demeanor, energy and communication style. He is very concise in his messaging and seems like a fun guy!
There doesn't seem to be a very systematic way to track and measure my contributions that is congruent with compensation and achievements. It often feels a bit subjective, although I have been meeting quarterly goals to a good degree. I'd like to see a more clear trajectory of what goals to attain.
