our team is fairly new; yet they have jumped in to get up to speed quickly, they are focused & committed to our customers, & they help each other be better!
Our organization has had major turn over in the past 6 months and that is concerning. However - overall I am proud to work at RC because of the culture and commitment to our employees.
We (me & my team) are in a "sales" role yet we are not on a sales plan we remain on MBO targets. In addition our organization is mostly remote workers; yet we as more of a "sales" role are considered hybrid workers and our quarterly bonus is tied to meeting the in office commitment.
