Projects that I'm leading save us a lor of money, and they are mostly in the MBO of my leaders. My raise for 3 years was only 50 euros.

Bad or fake planning and goals setting. No culture of project management on C level. Please take PMI basic courses for C level guys. No plans for PBX feature set evolving (AI is separate product). Only expansion plans. No development standards across the company, weak architecture processes
