Their decision making skills. We are number one and have been for several years and continue to get better. That doesnt happen without someone at the top who knows what they are doing.

We only get paid half on Pro Serv . Free months of service to pay for pro serv comes out of my pocket. ATT and Avaya are good for the company but not for the actual AE (now competing against our self). Partners make more off deals than we do and we do all the work. Multi year deal we get paid on 1 y
