Overall, RingCentral has been a very positive experience for me and my career growth. The company has grown by leaps and bounds and I see it moving in a positive direction. There is a ton of potential and growth that is still untapped here, and that is what is most interesting and exciting.

What makes me most happy at RingCentral is being able to constantly reinvent how we do things and make our processes and ways of working more efficient and effective.

I like our new leadership as they seem to want to create a positive work culture and want to move RingCentral into a more modern, mature, and Agile direction. They also give us CARing Days which are wonderful.

Our team is very friendly, fun and collaborative. People are creative and very flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I am always impressed and blown away by how wonderful our team culture is and how kind people are.

Our team is full of very hard working, friendly, nice, helpful and thoughtful individuals. We have very talented designers and leaders who care very deeply about our users and creating a great user experience. There is a lot of passion and dedication on our team.

I feel my salary is very generous and the equity I receive is very competitive. I also like the quarterly bonus program. It's nice to get a reward every quarter for the hard work we put in. I think the medical benefits are very strong too.

What makes me most happy is knowing that RingCentral is just getting started and there's tons of runway left for both the company and my career advancement. I feel like there are limitless opportunities at RingCentral and we just keep growing and getting better everyday. I love it!

I am very happy with my compensation. The RSUs and my base salary I have received were very generous and I feel they are very competitive with the industry. I feel valued as an employee because I am paid well and I am treated well in my interactions with others.

The people are amazing at RingCentral. They are flexible and open-minded. They are willing to try new things and they are not afraid of trying new things. It is cool to work with people who listen to your ideas and who are willing to take risks. It is also cool to be in an open culture.

The cafe food is really tasty. RingCentral really knows how to feed their employees. I also love the people in general. We have a lot of good folks who care about the work they do. I think many of our leaders are good humans and try to do the right things to make our culture fun and strong.

I like how down to Earth most of them seem to be for the most part. I like that my direct manager is very easy to talk to and he listens. It seems like we have a very smart group of leaders at this company who are humble and will listen (usually) to other ideas and who value new ideas (usually).
