I do meaningful work and am compensated well enough. The culture is amazing. I'm worried about the number of executives being brought on and the focus on the stock price. I love how the leadership team has a presence. I haven't gotten the chance to meet the leadership (outside my team and department) but it's clear a lot of people have. Coming from a company where executives and leadership hid in their offices all day, this means a whole lot to me.
