We have a very laid back culture and everyone wants the their coworkers to succeed.
We have a really close team. Everyone cares about one another. However, our support teams lack a lot of skill sets that help the whole business run smoothly.
I feel like our salary comp is low compared to other software sales roles. While commission is the main comp driver in Sales, I think having higher salaries will help offset bad QTR's in the marketplace.
They're very intelligent individuals that have a track record of success. My only issue is that a lot of our teams do not communicate with each others strategies which leaves many employees confused on the direction of the company as whole.
